Mr. Howard Wolfson is the principal of Mack Ventures Realty, an Owner’s Representative and Contractor firm established in 2013.

Howard specializes in out of the ground multi-family/hotel/condo high rise construction. He holds an Associate Engineering degree from the University of Florida, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU.

Howard's expertiese stems from his involvment with all sides of the development industry from working as an in-house construction manager, to an asset manager for major property owners/developers in the New York & Florida real estate market. He instills a collaborative team approach in each project to ensure the client’s needs are met, risks are identified and mitigated, and the project is completed on time, on budget and with the highest standard of quality.  He brings more than 25 years of experience in the fields of development and construction management.

Howard is involved in all phases of a project. From the initial feasibility and financial analysis, to the coordination between marketing and sales, to the hiring and overseeing of top-level architects, engineers, specialty designers and contractors, as well procuring materials.  This detailed involvement is what enables him to complete projects on time and within budget.

From the Owner’s side, Howard has managed a wide spectrum of projects including capital improvements, on existing properties, to new development projects with a “soup to nuts” approach including design, permitting, and construction phases for all types of buildings including mixed-use development sites, multi-family, retail, hospitality, education and industrial.

Howard has taught as an adjunct professor at New York Univerity's Shack Real Estate School and has also served on the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Construction Committee.

Jose Morneo was the former President of Florida Estimator’s Society and has worked for Turner Construction as a professional estimator. His expertiese includes hard cost budgeting, take-offs & change and order negotiation.

Mr. Dan Greenstein provides Mack Ventures with full analysis of all types of building systems.  He offers expert technical support for insurance claims, budgeting & development and proforma modeling.
